Another fun evening of mindless time wasting on Facebook. Have been sending drinks to my friends and stumbled upon the latest example of poor English usage on the Cheers!! application.
"Cheers!! Advices you to drink responsibly."
I'm guessing this is a phonological error, since the "c" in English can often, and is often, pronounced like an "s" sound...or, it's just a poor sod who has recently graduated from the California high school system.
