God bless this exerciser. Her wizened frame is all hunched over due to osteoporosis, and yet, she still keeps up with the best of 'em. My hat is off to this septuagenarian who sweats alongside people obviously half her age.

Today's obsession: Finishing up the laundry. Lots of laundry.
