Confession

I'll admit it. August wasn't exactly spectacular for me in the way of exercise. One of the reasons I started this blog was to keep track of my goals and also to exercise my mental muscle through writing for pleasure.

Keeping fit (and possibly losing some weight) is one of my goals, and I've got to do something to jump-start this important component of my physical health.

Therefore, I've declared September as "Super September" and have challenged myself to do some form of exercise everyday. To monitor this, "Today's obsession" will temporarily be replaced by "SSS," or Super September Statistics. Despite my hectic schedule this semester, let's see if I can actually follow through.

SSS: Yesterday I took a Water Aerobics class and was reminded of just how fun this type of exercise is. Later this morning I'll work out some aggression in the Turbo Kickboxing class.

For those days when you don't want to deal with the (insert referenced "titles" for exercisers in your blog here), get Wii Fit. OK, so it doesn't make you break a deep sweat, but the hula-hoop will definitely get your heart going. Keep up the super progress!
