It's an all-time record. I went back to Yogurtland in less than 48 hours from my inaugural visit. While preparing my matcha yogurt with a generous helping of adzuki beans, I spied what could be the coolest, and most dangerous topping there.Little bite-sized pieces of mochi! I exclaimed aloud my excitement, and the teenager behind the counter was surprised that: a) I knew what it was, and b) I liked it.
Mochi is like those tapioca balls in boba tea, but even better. It's dangerous because just one piece packs a serious caloric punch. I tried not to load on too much, but damn, my creation was delicious. ごちそうさま!
Today's obsession: Digging myself out from the mountain of school work that is already piled up and waiting for me to attack.
